The Last Piece of the Puzzle

The last of the 5 parts of the outer door frame mold being laid up by Mark and Zach

This week the guys got the last part of each of the door frame molds laid up. It’s been awhile but we got through it. All that’s left now is to create a steel frame to hold all the parts and prevent them from moving when the part is laid up.

Plenty of other activity in the shop has kept things moving along. We have now begun, and somewhat completed, 20 separate plugs and some of their molds since we got back from Oshkosh. That’s 3 a week which is a decent pace and we’re on track to speed that up a little more as parts get a little simpler.
