We’ve been making final preparations for a few of the molds to get them ready to make the parts. Included in that list is the forward bulkhead, the brace that goes between the aft bulkhead and the rear pressure bulkhead, the two roof braces and one of the floor braces. Waxing the molds is one item that is required but we also have to cut cores and hard points for some of the parts. We then cut the materials and lay down the sticky seal perimeter that’s used for the vacuum bagging.

Next up we’ll be creating some parts.
