Figuring out how to best solve the issue of flex in the lower cowling when the aileron pulleys move

Now that most everything is together and we’re into the testing phase we are finding the weak points and having to come up with the best solution in each case. Current problems are replacing the Elpex torsional damper coupling, fixing the play in the ailerons and testing for possible unwanted wing tip twist when the winglets deflect inboard.
