Fuselage Mold… Check!

The lower fuselage mold completed and ready for use.

This week we finished the lower fuselage mold so it’s ready to create the first lower fuselage part in the next week or two. We’re just waiting on resin to show up and we also need to cut out the core pieces for laying up in between the carbon layers. Other than that we’re ready to lay up the fuselage.

We also got the window molds all crated up and they’ll be shipping out on Monday.

We have also secured some storage space in an adjacent building. We’ll be moving some plugs over there next week which will help free up more space in the shop.

Our new team member Zach is settling in nicely and another new member Mark will be starting on Monday.
