Feeling the Pressure

The Rear Pressure Bulkhead in the process of being laid up

This week Jeff laid up the rear pressure bulkhead, so that’s another part completed. We also got the main spar mold completed although it will still need some bracing. Given the size and that it’s a 3 piece mold we will be using steel to brace it.

More work was also done on the window trimming fixtures and they are close to going back on the CNC machine for final milling. We also bonded 18 bushings onto the roof mold that will be used to bolt the door frame inserts into place before the roof part is laid up.
