Ailerons and Rudders

The first of the ailerons with the ribs bonded into place

We now have seven of us in the shop so things are moving rapidly. Jeff and Devin are continuing to create parts as well as beginning to bond the control surfaces together. Zach and Keith are trimming parts and preparing materials for the upcoming parts to be laid up. Jim is creating the wing fixtures so they’re ready to bond all the wing parts together and be aligned and true. Jeremy has been helping me with the engine wiring harness and assembling the rudder pedals.
